Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

We need to validate the license for the game, Pemguin. Please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and check if you can see the order for the game from there stated as "completed". Once confirmed, simply remove and re-add your account to re-sync the license.

"REMOVE ACCOUNT​​​

3. Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm. ​​​

i pre ordered dying light ultimate edition but when it got released i check xbox store it shows me i still have to buy ultimate edition and that i have dying light the normal edition bought and installed , i checked the payment billing from my email and
told me i bought the ultimate edition. And i still didnt get the add ons, but i got the season pass

did set some money for TF debating if i get LTD edition controller. Dying light not so sure i don't like this type of games to be first person

Did you purchase Dying Light: The Following (which is just an expansion for Dying Light) or did you actually purchase Dying Light: The Following - Enhanced Edition (which is Dying Light and the Expansion)? It kinda sounds like you have just purchased the
expansion and would still need to purchase the main game.

EDIT: The green screen is normal but only after you boot the system up and actually get to the home screen. As someone stated, a progress bar would have been helpful for the update. The power supply light is normal - good! I would wait at this green screen
for awhile. In the meantime, I am trying to get a definitive answer for you.
