I bought a game and it doesn't show up in my games.

I bought a game on my Xbox one, and it doesn't appear in my games or my purchase history, but I have the charge on my credit card.

I don't know what to do or who to contact, please someone to help me...

I highly recommend following the troubleshooting steps below:

After each step try to see if the issue is fixed!

First, please select System > Settings > account > remove accounts and then select your account and select Remove to confirm.

Then, hold down the power button for about 10 seconds, until the console shuts off, then unplug the power cord and wait for 2-3 minutes before plugging it back in and turn on the Xbox.

If the issue persists, please select System > Settings > devices and streaming > blue ray > persistent storage > clear three times > restart console.

If you are still encountering the same issue, please select System > Settings > System > Console info > Select Reset console > Choose Reset and keep my games and apps

Yes.

The outlast bundle pack shows up in the games that I have bought and downloaded for my Xbox and it as well shows up in my billing history. (They even sent me an email confirming my purchase)

Although for some reason it just doesn't show up on my Xbox games & apps page.

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

Just a friendly reminder though that all successful transactions are added to our order history in real-time which means that we need to make sure that it's on your account, please follow the steps below and validate if it's showing as "completed".

Go to Profile & system > Settings > Account > Payment & billing > Order History.

If it's showing up as "completed", simply remove and re-add your account.

"REMOVE ACCOUNT

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

2. Select System > Settings > Account > Remove accounts.

3. Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm.

4. When you're finished, select Close.

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

ADD ACCOUNT

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

2. Select your gamerpic in the upper-left corner of the screen, move all the way down and select Add new.

3. Enter the Email address and the password.

4. Read the Microsoft Service Agreement and Privacy Statement, and then select I Accept.

5. Follow the steps to configure your Sign-In & Security preferences to add your Microsoft account to your Xbox console."
