Nothing works and I got bedrock trought the mobile version I think because I bought Minecraft Bedrock on my phone and then I remember I got Xbox account WITH that mobile bedrock and here Iam. I really dont know what is going on. And I got Bedrock Edition on my account. When Im In Xbox with the SAME account it still says I need to buy it.

I wanted to buy "Fortnite - The Cobalt Pack" on Xbox since I don't want to pay with a credit card in Fortnite because I've heard of a lot of accounts that's been hacked in Fortnite.

I couldn't see the pack in Microsoft Store on my PC but I did on my mobile, so I bought it on my mobile instead.

The problem is that I haven't got the pack.

Also, before I bought the pass I connected my Epic Games account to my Microsoft account.

I couldn't find anything about this on the support or anywhere else. I have even tried to google it, but it didn't work.

Please help.

First of all sorry for answering this very late. I almost forgot about this.

And I just want to tell you that about a week ago I got an answer from Epic Games support. Finally.

And do you know what they told me?

Contact Xbox support.

Seriously I'm giving up.

Next time I buy something I'll use the store in Fortnite instead.

If I find a solution for this in the future I will make sure to tell you.

Cause I think that there is one way to do this. First I'll just have to convince my friend to let me use his Xbox.
