Can you please share what is the exact error you are receiving? When you say it is not working, does it mean it won't open?

I bought a Bluetooth 5.0 dongle. The sound works better but not flawless. Using with the dolby atmos app (dolby access) works great. But sometimes the sound starts to crackle. But with the official xbox adapter for Windows. It's unusable!

Yes, the dolby access app is installed, I can also verify that the insects demo works for me, turning on spatial sounds gave a clear difference (height speakers were bring used) Switching the audio from dolby atmos to 7.1 uncompressed and back doesn't
seem to fix my problem.

I contacted Netflix customer support and they provided the exact same resolution.

I uninstalled and reinstalled dolby access app and now netflix dolby atmos works.

I have dolby support - and dolby access. It works perfectly wirh netflix, atmos games, you tube etc, its purely thr UHD player ane or does not support dolby atmos. Needs an update from microsoft
