I bought a DLC for oblivion and it's not showing up.

I’m having the same issue, I bought all 10 dlc at once and it gave me a error, but still took my money.

Based on the description, you are having issue with the DLC purchased because it does not show up in your game. Let us help you how to locate and install the DLC so that you can use it on gaming.

By the way, we apologize for your experience with our live support channel. That is not the experience that we wanted you to have. Here in community forum, allow us to do the best we can in resolving the issue. If you need to request a refund, we will help how to process it through the online request form. For now, let us try locating the DLC and try installing it.

For game add-ons and other DLC, the first place to check is in your library:

• In My games & apps, highlight a game (but don’t select it).
  
• Press the Menu button on your controller, and then select Manage game and add-ons.
  
• Select the game tile, and then select each checkbox for which items you want to install.
  
• Select Install, to confirm the installation.
  

Note that games and add-ons will install automatically to your console’s default storage device.

Games and downloadable content (DLC) are installed automatically on your home Xbox console if you have your power mode set to Sleep and, you’ve enabled Keep my games & apps up to date. To configure these settings, press the Xbox button to open the guide, and then:

• Go to Profile & system > Settings > General > Power options to adjust your power mode settings.
  
• Go to Profile & system > Settings > System > Updates to adjust your system update settings.
  

If you’re still not seeing your content, try installing it directly from the Microsoft Store. While in the Store, press the Y button on your controller to open Search. Enter the title for the game that you’re looking for, and then select your item when it appears in the search results. If you’re already redeemed or purchased this content, you can launch or install it from the game page. If you’re looking for an add-on:

• From My games & apps > See all > Full library, highlight (but don’t select) the base game.
  
• Press the Menu button on your controller, and then select Manage game and add-ons.
  
• Select See in Microsoft Store and check that the item you’re looking for is part of the game that you bought.
  

Sometimes a game requires completion of certain tasks before you can access your DLC, add-ons, or in-game currencies. We recommend checking with the publisher or other community players for tips and tricks. Other tips for checking for your content in-game:

• Some games have specific sections for accessing add-ons and DLC. On the game’s title screen, look for something like “My content.”
  
• You might need to open a message from the publisher in-game to get your add-ons. Check for “My Messages” or a related area.
  
• Some add-ons are found only while playing the game itself.

I apologize on behalf of Microsoft and the support team as I know you won't hear it from anyone who actually works for the company and means it. If it were me I would be more than furious with the company and rightfully so. In the meantime, while you try to dispute the charge with your bank, I would try every avenue of support, live chat, calling, email, message by bird, etc. unless you're no longer interested in the product you tried purchasing which I can understand. I apologize for not being able to help your situation, if any others have any ideas they will post them here but I only know so much when it comes to billing support. So, what you can check first is if the add-on needs to be installed, you can do this by going to My games & apps > highlight a game (but don’t select it) > Press the Menu button on your controller, and then select Manage game and add-ons. > Select the game tile > Select each checkbox for which items you want to install. > Select Install, to confirm the installation.
