    I bought a digital code off ebay, buyer was supposedly from Illinois, but it's region locked to Argentina, what do I do about this?

    Contact the seller or Ebay for a refund.

    Also where did you buy the code?

    Codes are region locked so if you bought it off somewhere like ebay it's possible you received a code for a different country.

    I'm quite certain that Borderlands 2 is not region locked in Kuwait as it can be bought over ebay region lock free, but I m not sure if it is over the Xbox Live Marketplace Games on Demand.

    Fallout 3 download code issue.

    Do you see an error code with the error message? What region are you in and what region is your Xbox set for. Usually issues with thise codes is because of region locking.

    @Jav0r - the offer to receive the codes for digitally purchasing Fallout 4 ended on February 8, but the codes have not expired and can still be found innohysical copies.
