Exactly the same here! Got confirmation email to same i've bought it and my money has come out of my account! but nothing is downloading and it says buy now in the store so it wants me to pay again!

Have you tried using your phone Xbox app to install the game? Sometimes this fixes the glitch also I suggest uninstalling the app completely! Everytime that it tried to give me a hard time I do this and it works wonders! Here are the steps!

I am still using the same Xbox Live Account I am sure that I bought the game because my mum got billed for the game before. I am looking at it now and it says that I have to purchase it again. Yeah hopefully they can just go on this forum because I have
