I bought a $30 game pass gift card for my brother and i cant even redeem it, even though...

I mean, surely i can get a better answer that's actually helpful? i literally just spent 30$ for my brother and he cant even use what i just bought for him.

it was a digital purchase, and yes there was an error message when i tried to redeem it. Pretty much consists of how the gift card cannot be redeemed because it was purchased from another region, which like i said before, doesnt make any
[Mod removed- inappropriate] sense, because me and my brother lives on the SAME house and both of our account region's is the same.

very strange, because when you live in the same country you can redeem the code without any problem, and now it's in the same house, I recommend talking to Xbox support to see what they can solve for you, they will probably give you a new code that really
work for your brother

totally in the same region, it would best for you to get in contact with
customer support as soon as possible.
