I bought a 3 month gold xbox subscription on june 26th, havent recieved Rocket League, HELP! ...

Hello, on June 26th I renewed my XBL gold subscription. I saw a rocket league promotion, where if I renewed my gold (which was about to run out) I would recieve a code for
Rocket League for free with my subscription purchase, so I
bought a 3 month subscription. I called xbox support twice, both times, the different women were very nice, but unablr to help. The first time I called was around
July 4th, she told me I would recieve a code by July 30th in my XBL message center. I called again recently, as I have been waiting so long, the woman told me to come here, so here I am please help!

Bought 3 Months of Gold, didn't receive Rocket League

I bought 3 months of Gold in June, but I never received a code for Rocket League. I bought the subscription from Microsoft's website.

 

Rocket League

Like everyone else, I bought the three months gold for rocket league and received nothing and now my subscription is almost up. I bought Gold on June 15th. The promotion was posted June 12th. After contacting support via chat 5 times with no help, they finally
lied to me and said the promotion was only good if you bought gold on June 20th (this date was not posted on any rocket league news post or twitter post) Now I'd like to know if I'm actually getting my code or not. If not I want a refund on my three months
because I was after being told three different dates I'd receive rocket league it still isn't here

i completely understand that, but other people who have posted after me have gotten a response, and ive been so patient

ive contacted them 3 times and been literally lied to and told false info. they should go in order responding to people, not choosing who they feel like answering. its past being patient, which i have been, sittting on the phone for an hour with support,
wasting minutes on my phone, to be told to come here is frustrating. idk, it just sucks really hard.
