I bought a 3 month Amazon card and it worked but it is telling me i still dont have live.

Need help. It says i have no live but i just bought some its bothering me. Just wanna play some fortnite.

Problem with a membresy gold

Hi everyone

in december of the last year i bought a membresy xbox live gold for 3 months by credit card . It worked perfectly but , now today i dont have gold, obviusly because the membresy has finished, but the really problem is i dont want that suscription plan anymore,
but the system does not let me change it. Also the system displays a message saying : you have to pay your old membresy to keep playing with xbox live, can anyone help me with this?

i want to buy a suscription for ONLY ONE MONTH but i have only one choise ... 3 MONTHS and i dont want that...

1. so my xbox 360 was bought in Egypt,it is a PAL CONSOLE,i already have mw3,black ops and battlefield 3 (PAL) and they work fine,but if i buy a game outside Egypt from London,will it work? knowing that london also uses PAL
   
2. I Bought 3 month card once and it worked here in egypt,but if i also get 12 month and 4800 microsoft points from london will they work? i heard they work everywhere that has xbox live and the 3 month card worked
   

 

Have you tried signing out of the profile and back in. Failing on this, try restarting your console. It might also be worth checking your purchase history for the redeemed code to ensure ot worked.
