    I bought a £1,500,000 shark card on the Xbox store and it still has not came through on gta after multiple resets and quitting my game, it has been 2 hours now and still no money can I have my money pls

    Nice to meet you! I'm Darhyl, a fellow gamer. I'm sorry you are experiencing this. I am here to help. If I may ask, may I know which platform device are you using to play your GTA V game, is it on Windows PC or Xbox console?

    Kindly confirm the purchase on your Microsoft Xbox account by signing your account to account.microsoft.com > then go to Payment and Billing > Order History.

    If the platform device is in Xbox console,

    Once the Shark card purchase is confirmed, nothing to worry, in order to fix this you will need to do some basic troubleshooting steps. Please remove your Microsoft account from your console > restart your console > re-add your Microsoft account > then check to see if it works here's how to remove your account:

    1.Press the Xbox button  to open the guide.

    2.Select Profile & system > Settings > Account > Remove accounts.

    3. Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm.

    > Then restart your console and proceed with the next steps. You've got nothing to worry as this will not delete your saved data progress.

    Once you're done, please check the GTA V online in-game to see if the shark card is added to your bank/atm.

    Which version of GTA 5 do you play, Xbox One or Xbox Series X/S? I ask because there are 2 different types of Shark Cards on the store for each version of the game.

    Make sure the Shark Cards you purchased are for the version of the game you play.
