    I bought 5850 points for Madden16 and it took my money but gave me nothing.


    So today I got a 50$ gift card for Christmas I went to Madden16 almost intimately and redeemed it. Then I went to the Madden store and bought 50$ worth of points but with tax it was to much so I put the rest (like a couple $) on a credit card. Next thing
    I know my money's gone and I have nothing. Please help.

    hello I was directed here. Yesterday my wife put$70 on my rush card as a surprise cause we don't really get to spend much on each other, mwhen I went and purchased 5850 and 2200 points on Madden16 it disconnected me and said EA servers are unavailable and
    I signed back in and no points but $70 is off the catd

    I just bought a junbo pkg an GOT riped off, I havnt bought anything in a long time but I wanted to see if it would give me some missing gear?? an Instead it just took my MS points an gave me NOTHING!

    Okay guys I found out. I got another 15$ card from someone else and added it to my account, then my money came back.

    Okay guys I found out. I got another 15$ card from someone else and added it to my account, then my money came back.
