i bought 3 jigsaw collections and none will download so i can play them

just used 80% of my coins to purchase 3 new jigsaw Collections. None of them will download to my Windows tablet. I either need a fix or a refund. Any fix for this yet or a number to call?

I purchased 4 packs and none of them show up in downloadable collections. They just disappeared.

The other issue I'm having is that the 3rd puzzle in one of my Jigsaw Jam collection hangs. It just sits there and refuses to load. I've completed the other two, each with 3 stars, but the third won't load. It said that it was unlocked. I tried restarting
my computer, etc. I guess I may have to try deleting Jigsaw Jam and hoping it will give back everything I've achieved. This all started after the latest Windows 10 download.

Update: magically my 2 missing collections have reappeared when I select the Classic Jigsaw page. However none of the 3 collections appear in the 'all collections' list so as things stand I expect to be unable to download them again if I delete them from
my PC.

Before I retired I was a software engineer. I suspect that games like Jigsaw may initially be created without a full specification and perhaps there never is one. The programmers will do a lot of the testing themselves but programmers have this habit of
testing only what they've coded. Additional testing should be performed by others but even the best testers will not be able to create a good test suite without a decent specification.

Microsoft employ some very clever people but I feel that their software development lifecycle is either not rigorous enough or not rigorously adhered to.

this is where my issue started . i purchased the Iceland collection and when wanted to download my jigsaw crashes to desktop.

now i can download any of my collectables and i cant play daily quests

The same thing happened with me with the London collection. I hit download, it took my coins and it started downloading and stopped 3/4 of the way. So now I'm out 5100 coins and no London jigsaw puzzle.
