This can happen due to various reasons, such as network issues, server errors, or incorrect account details. We can try some troubleshooting steps to fix the issue however if the steps fail, we may need you to reach the game developer (Epic Games) for them to manually add these in-game items on your Fortnite account.

To help you resolve this issue, please follow these steps:

1. Check your order history to make sure the purchase is successful. To check the status of your order you may go to this link: Microsoft account | Order history.


2. Check the status of the Xbox Live service and the Fortnite Online services to see if there are any outages or maintenance that could affect your transaction.

3. Restart your Xbox Console. Turn off the console and unplug the power cord then turn it back on. Check again the game to see if the items are added.

4. Manage game add-ons to make sure the pack is installed.
-In My games & apps, highlight a game (but don’t select it).
-Press the Menu button on your controller, and then select Manage game and add-ons.
-Select the game tile, and then select each checkbox for which items you want to install.
-Select Install, to confirm the installation.

5. If none of the steps work, you may need to wait 24hours for the items to reflect in-game. However, if the items didn't reflect after 24hours we highly suggest contacting Epic Games for further assistance. Make sure to take a screenshot of your order as proof of purchase. If so you wont be able to get a refund. You can only get a refund if none of it had been used already.

Yes I asked for a refund because I bought some vbucks in Fortnite but it took a long time so I spent the vbucks and bought some stuff in Fortnite and after i bought the stuff you refunded me the money
