I bough the 40% off 3 months xbox live deal that also gives you GTA dollars.

I have acquired the promotional 40% off 3 months Xbox Live deal that was also offering in game currency for GTA Online, I got the subscription however I never received the 500.000 GTA Dollars. I have contacted the Xbox Live Chat
Support however they said they are powerless to do anything about this and that I need to post here, please assist.

When do the Xbox live and game pass deals expire

right now xbox live is 40 dollars and gamepass is 10 dollars for 3 months. As of 7/29/18 it says 3 days left for these deals. When do these deals exactly end. I know they should end on august 1st (am i right) but what exact time

 

i bought a deal and dident get everything

i bough a deal where i got 3 months of xbox live and 800 points but i dident get the points
