I blocked someone but he still can send me messages

Discus and support I blocked someone but he still can send me messages in XBoX on Windows to solve the problem; A random player sent me a few trolling messages, so I reported him and blocked him.     A random player sent me a few trolling messages, so I reported him and blocked him. However, he still managed to send me another message yesterday.

    What's the point of blocking then?

    Please help me - Being harassed on XBL

    Someone is constantly sending me threatening messages and hitting me offline. He's sent me my own ip address to me in a message to try and scare me, I have valid proof that he's been threatening to get my account banned and I keep getting hit offline. Is there anything I can do about this if I can show someone the messages that he's sending to me? I have no problem giving an employee my information for them to see the proof themselves.

    Blocking Problems Major Problem

    Having trouble blocking a person when blocked he can still send me messages and invites. cant send or receive invites do to this PLEASE HELP

    a block should indeed stop the person from messaging you, but perhaps there was some delay, just be sure please double check if the person is still blocked.

    Heard it that more people have the issue that blocked persons still can message try unblock and the block again it should fix it

    @WPAK, must not be a delay. I blocked the player more than a week ago and he was able to message me yesterday.

    @ForzaDrift Girl and @Geth, thanks for the advice. I unblocked and blocked him again. Let's see if it helps.

    There is no point mate, the blocking is broken... These 'ambassadors' rarely help with their simple advice.. Its been broken years for me and im on a one x now.. Blocked a [Mod Removed - Inappropriate] last night and hes still messaging
    me the next day. It notifys me every time. It cant be that hard to fix in half a decade... It works (still does) on the 360.. But totally broken on the one... I play fifa and tend to win alot. Many salty little
