    Multiplayer enabled but still can't play any servers

    The reason for my disabling due that my account was compromised by running a mod. That I think grabs either my : sessionid, ssid. Apparently they're like Discord tokens, so they are just able to log in to my acc without any credentials, I've changed the password, factory reset. The thing is though is that I don't know if they still have access to my account

    Is it possible that TannerBeast2329 is an account you used for a repair or could it be an old account you forgot about? Is it possible that you used another different email to log in for the lost account? What I would do first, would be to search for the
    gamertag you are trying to log into, this would show if it is still active or not. If it is, it is possible that you used another email for your login.

    For you to get it, you can change your account region, Log in at xbox.com click on "my account" the look for change region code.
