I am extremely sorry to hear that. I will only suggest Factory Reset, but sorry to say that it will erase all data on your Xbox and return it to its original factory settings, Follow these steps:

1 Press the Xbox button on the front of the console to open the guide.
2 Go to the "Profile & System" tab (the person-shaped icon) and select "Settings."
3 In the Settings menu, choose "System."
4 Select "Console info."
5 Choose "Reset console."
6 Select "Reset and remove everything."
7 Follow the on-screen instructions to proceed. Be aware that this process will erase all your games, apps, settings, and accounts from the console.

I dont believe so. My friend actually had his dr3 save go missing after the most recent patch but a power cycle brought it back. Make sure the game has the latest patch (download updates set to auto in the Xbox options) then reboot the Xbox by holding
your finger on the power button for about 10-15 seconds. That will clear the cache and do a full reboot. That should fix it

^^ I have only come across one lobby that blatently had a glitcher in it so I wonder how you would define or notice someone glitching in Zombies?

I dont know what glitches there are to exploit and I really wouldn't know how to spot them but I believe in fair game play so would want to avoid players like that...
