I believe I got banned for bad reasons please read.

I was banned for harassment probably just for swearing at someone in Battlefield game, and near the end of my ban I got an extension For reasons I do not know as I cannot harm anyone over xbox while banned so I don't see the reason
of why I got an extension. just the fact that I got banned and the day That I was about to get unbanned, another ban with placed As an extension, I believe, and I don't exactly know why. So if xbox could contact me to reduce or remove the ban, because I don't
want to be banned for another four months or no Reason. XBOX Gamertag:

I was playing Call of Duty Ghosts and I was in a party with my friends I got off later that night and today it says I was banned but I didn't do anything wrong, please help!
