    No code for $5 promo Xbox live gift card for a digital purchase

    I've purchased a $20 digital Xbox live gift card. I've done the promotional $5 gift card. here's the link https://xbox.promo.eprize.com/getthemost/ I've done everything correctly and
    it said I would get a code in 3-4 days. it's been 6 as of 5/3/2014 and still no code. I'm asking for a new $5 code.

    How do you add money to my Microsoft account without an xbox gift card, I already tried the family thing and even that wasn't helpful, why can't I just add money to my account with a credit card wouldn't that be easier instead of having to buy a gift card.

    Why is the auto redeem £5 gift card not going into my balance?

    On the rewards app, i have the auto redeem on for the £5 gift card and it’s taken the point of my account but hasn’t given me the 5 pounds. I used the rest of my points for a £10 gift card on the app and that worked.
    The points have now been given back instead of giving the £5 gift card
