Discus and support I been playing & gotten 2 power balls, key etc & in the middle of the game I lost connection in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; This is been happening a lot losing connection, or I open up bingo and I lose it.     This is been happening a lot losing connection, or I open up bingo and I lose it. I notice other people are having the same problem but I don't see any answers. Then you lose everything, this game I am playing now I gotten 2 power balls, a key etc and now
    I am going to lose it all, because you have not fix this problem. Also will you give what we lose in the game? Please fix this problem. Thank you

    I am having a problem with being frequently being "disconnected from the server for being idle too long" while I am in the middle of a game. It is very frustrating, especially when I have scored a bingo or gotten a power ball. Please advise.

    I LOST THE GAMES I WAS IN THE MIDDLE OF!!!

    I'm wondering if, when all the old data is restored, will it be a problem if I'm playing too many games? I'm assuming there is a maximum number of games you can play. If you add together all the old games and the new ones, I'm probably over the limit.

    On the plus side of this situation, there are lots of game challenges flying about, and I'm meeting some players I've never met before. So it's not all bad.

    hello...What's going on ... in the middle of the game I'm disconnected ... lost result 31 hits, 2 bingo, and 2 special balls ... it happens very often and is no longer possible to connect after ... I tried for half an hour and always the same message
    ... if not possible to connect go to the following internet address .... YOURS ... I play games much more powerful than this ... like Second Live and, never have I had problems like at home ... if your server is not powerful enough, please change it !!! ...

    Mine keeps disconnecting also, its great, NOT!

    I lost a lot of tickets, coins and keys because of this!!! It says connecting to server, but it stays there, im forced to close down the app because i cant do anything else.

    When im ingame or in the results screen, and it disconnects, i lose my wins/bingos/power balls and bingos/ keys, coins and tickets.

    Ive bought coins and i didnt buy them to lose them because of your *** servers!!

    I have filled a power card on 3 occasions and i never get the 100 keys?

    I have never gotten any of my earned keys on a power card. This game would be awesome if it worked. I am about to stop playing.

    Bingo not working

    I agree. And while they are at correcting the connection issue, they can also correct their failure to award the appropriate prizes and power ball daubs. I have lost 5 power ball selections because the card wasn't acknowledged as it is supposed to be.
    With all the computer nerds, you would think they could handle their glitches!!!!!
