I been hacked and lost everything to sign in

I was recently hacked on my Microsoft account, and although my email, phone number, and password weren’t immediately changed, I still lost access to everything tied to the account. I can no longer log in or recover it through normal methods. It appears that someone managed to bypass standard security measures and take control without triggering the usual recovery alerts. I believe the person who took over my account is using the email address *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***, which I discovered linked to the compromised activity. I’ve reported it to Microsoft, but so far, I haven’t been able to regain access to my account or any of my data.

Is there anything i can do to get it back? my xbox username was GoldlyRL

Thanks for the info. Try these steps

Step 1: Clean your computer of viruses or malware before changing your password

If you have a good antivirus program installed, make sure it is up to date and run a full scan of your system. If you do not have an antivirus application installed on your computer, Microsoft has some solutions if you are running Windows 8.1 or Windows 10/11.

If you are running Windows 8.1 or Windows 10/11, you already have Windows Defender. Do the following to turn on malware protection:

Select Start

On the Start screen, type Windows Defender in the Search box or select Windows Defender.

Follow the on-screen instructions.

Step 2: Change or reset your password

After running the antivirus application, sign in to your account and change your password. Make sure to create a strong password.

If you can't sign in, reset your password.

Step 3: Check your account settings

Since someone else has access to your account, we've reset some of your account settings. To check and change your account settings, go to Connected accounts, forwarding, and auto-replies.

My account XxShutYoMouthxX has been hacked too. Since it got hacked the hacks got me banned and not i lost all my games and can't play on xboxlive

It unfortunately didn't work, I went to sign in on MW3 after doing everything and it hit me with the "Your connection to Xbox Live has been lost. Please try again" error.
