I asked a refund on a in game currency but I already bought something with it, I got the money but the items were still there, what should I do?

We just need to wait because it will now depend with the game support on when the items will be removed.

Hello there you can have all the money refunded by going to

xbox.com/refund

as long as it’s not past 14 days after all the items were bought

Hello Luca! I don’t exactly know what are the requirements for the refunds but when I asked for it I typed that a child from my family was visiting using my XBOX, guessed he remembered my password from previous visits and bought some coins and items/bundles from Apex. I was trying to contact someone from support about the items still being there but went through EA instead and they told me it wasn’t a problem but I don’t know now! Maybe it just wasnt refundable anymore? Cause when I placed the refund and explain, I was granted it, and got my money back and this morning they took it right back. Thank you for replying!

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue. Just to confirm, did you request a refund for the game? If so, kindly check your transaction history at https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders. If the transaction is already showing as "Refunded", it may take 5-7 business days for the funds to reflect in your bank account. However, this timeframe may vary depending on your bank's policies, so please check your bank account from time to time.
