    I approved a game that my child could play, but it is just stuck pending the approval


    My child wanted to play a game that by default, would not be allowed based on his restrictions. I gave him permission via him trying to buy the game, getting a popup to ask for permission, him asking, and me getting an email. I clicked allow on the email and it went through on my side, but on his it just says

    "working on it"

    "It looks like this was approved. It should get added in a bit"

    Now I would expect it to maybe take a bit, a few minutes max, but this has been going for 28 hours now. Is this a normal amount of time to wait for this. or is something wrong.
