    I apparently won an Xbox Game Pass Samsung Note20 Sweepstake - how can I find out if it is...


    The sender had a @microsoft.com email address, and states they work at Hanson Consulting Group.

    I don't know the best way to find out whether this is genuine or not?

    I have tried MS customer support live chat, and they couldn't help; they said contact Xbox support, which is non-existent. How can an Xbox Gamer help?

    She sent over an Affidavit and Non US tax form to fill out and send in the post, not digitally.

    I would like to speak to someone and get them to clarify the details of the sender are genuine before I proceed.

    There doesn't seem to be a helpdesk for potential competition winners...

    I've also 'won' the sweepstake too. I've sent copies of forms requested, but I haven't heard anything for around 2 weeks now.

    Starting to think it wasn't legit! But also i could be too impatient?
