I am upset and confused on how I didn’t get my robuxs

I used my Xbox points to buy 400 robuxs and when I went to see if I had the robuxs I didn’t get them and my points are gone and it waisted my points.

Keep in mind it can take up to 24 hours to receive the code after you redeem it. If you don't get it in that time, check your order history on the redemption page of the Rewards site and it'll either list the code there or give the option to resend it. If not, contact Rewards support via the contact link at the very bottom of the Rewards site.

You can request a refund by signing in to https://xbox.com/refunds.

Once you have successfully submitted your request, the refund team may respond within 24-72 hours.

We need to make sure that the Robux is successfully purchased under the account that you're using, please follow the steps below:

"Go to Profile & system > Settings > Account > Payment & billing > Order History"

Is it showing from there as "completed"?

If yes, please remove and re-add your account to re-sync.

" REMOVE ACCOUNT

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

2. Select System > Settings > Account > Remove accounts.

3. Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm.

4. When you're finished, select Close.

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

ADD ACCOUNT

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

2. Select your gamerpic in the upper-left corner of the screen, move all the way down and select Add new.

3. Enter the Email address and the password.

4. Read the Microsoft Service Agreement and Privacy Statement, and then select I Accept.

5. Follow the steps to configure your Sign-In & Security preferences to add your Microsoft account to your Xbox console."

I didn’t get a message. Which is why I’m confused on how I got an achievement for a game I don’t have.

They denied my Appel we spent a lot of money on his games it didn’t even tell me what he did, how often do people get a permanent suspension. Is there anything else I can do to get his account back. I am very confused on what to do next.
