    I am unsure to why I was suspended, any help


    As of 11/15/22 I was randomly kicked out of a terraria game and told my account was suspended until tomorrow. I don’t mind the wait but I’m more wondering what is the reason behind the suspension? I don’t recall insulting people, attacking them or even doing any inappropriate behavior. When I checked my suspension history it gave no information behind my suspension besides a random group post from a while ago, it saying “I made a search and destroy map in Minecraft with custom weapons and mechanics based of R6 and CS:GO” which contains no inappropriate or hostile information from my understanding. Any help?

    Would be great to assist you on this one, but unfortunately no one here including Microsoft customer support is capable to assist you with suspensions or enforcement actions.

    Because is not possible to access to your account and enforcement details.

    The only way to do it is via this site: https://enforcement.xbox.com/ there you can view your enforcement history or start a case review if applicable.

    If you want to know how to submit a case review, you can use this link:

    Just to let you know, enforcement actions are not always issued based in your latest activity.
    And, 48 hours suspensions can't be appealed because the enforcement team takes up to 72 hours to review your ticket

    You can view your ban by logging in at enforcement.xbox.com. Unfortunately 24hr suspensions are not eligible for case review.

    Check your email account associated with your gamertag. You will have an email from Xbox with reasons why you have been suspended.

    they don't specify exactly what you did but generalise what you did, when suspended you forfeit any time lost. lucky you don't get a perm ban as then you forfeit all your games, apps and any subscription time left.
