I am unable to share clips from my Xbox X/S

I've tried it in the past and it worked. The clips are saved on the Xbox Live network.

The clips are already uploaded to the Xbox Live network?

Or the clips are saved locally on your Xbox console buddy?

And, is this the first time that you try to do it? or in the past the sharing feature worked properly for you?

Thanks, Jack. Could you double check if your able to share the clips using the Xbox mobile app or the Xbox Console Companion app on PC?

This helps us to isolate a bit more the issue

In the meantime, please try power cycling your console:

1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.
2. Unplug the console's power cable from the console and from the power outlet. Wait 5 minutes.
Important: Be sure to wait at least 5 minutes. This step resets the power supply.
3. Plug the console power cable back in.
4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

After that, try to remove and re-add your profile on the console.

Also disconnect your router from power for about 3 minutes. Then connect it again an when everything is working, try again

So weird thing happened. I had to go on a business trip and when I came back I tried to share my clips one last time before I re-added my account and it still didn't work, but it let me upload them to OneDrive seperatly, which is all I was using the share button for anyway. So, in a way, it works now? And I've tried a few times since using the share button, and it worked 1/5 attempts, which is fine by me. Thanks, even though you didn't have to do much. I can live with 1/5.

Let me know how it goes re-adding your profile on the console

If that doesn't work, please try changing your DNS address :

go to Settings > Network > Advanced Settings

Once you’re inside the Advanced Settings menu, go to DNS settings and select Manual from the list of available options.
When you get to the next screen, enter 8.8.8.8 in the box associated with the Primary DNS and 8.8.4.4 in the Secondary DNS box.

Once the default DNS addresses have been changed, restart your console and see if you're able to share clips again (give it couple minutes, or if possible 1 hour)
<if that doesn't work try instead with 1.1.1.1 as primary and 1.0.0.1 as secondary)
