I am unable to search for users in the Xbox app.

When I went to the friends tab of the Xbox app, it showed what I assume is the normal screen for this, showing my friends and some friends of friends.

I tried using the Find Friends bar, but when searching got the message "Couldn't find this person. Did you enter their entire gamertag?" I made sure to enter the entire gamertag correctly, but the same thing happened.

think it's trying to search within my friends list, instead of from all users. I could also be my privacy settings which I can't find. If it's trying to search within my friends, how do I make it stop doing this?

I apologize if I’m wrong, but I believe the search feature in the app can only search for friends, followers, and clubs that you’re in.

I've had so many issues finding people on the mobile app, you're not alone. I'm not sure why it seems to find people sometimes and other times I get nothing.

I created a new admin user profile and reinstalled the Xbox app but I am still unable to select the HDD to install to.

Hi, i have already checked and the order is set as complete. I have been playing the catch, but am unable to play the other game in the bundle as when searching for it on the window 10 xbox app it is asking me to purchase it again.

Hi, the xbox app screen appeared when i clicked onto "search clubs" but there isn't a forza horizon game in the xbox app. I'm still unable to join clubs in the game.
