    Unable to Watch XBOX Video Rental via Windows 8.1 RT- Expired

    I'm running windows 8.1 on a surface RT. When I try to rent a movie via download using Microsoft points the rental I'm unable to download the movie because it says expired. This happens right away, I'm not waiting to download the movie. I'm trying to
    download the movie right after I purchase the rental and it won't allow me to do so because it says expired.



    Please help.

    hi, 2 days ago i subscribed the annual pass for the xbox live but i am still unable to play on internet. i already tried to delete and re download my account or to put off the consolle from the outlet during 30 min...can you help me? thanks in advance

    Purchased Skyfall But Asks Me To Buy Again

    I have a similar skyfall issue on Xbox 360. I see the movie preview but I am unable to rent or buy? It just does not have the usual rent/buy box on the left hand side. Also Skyfall is only listed in the "top rated" section. I am in Australia and I see the

    Getting error code 0x80c90011 when attempting to rent a move in Xbox 360 microsoft movies/tv app. Second major issue in less than 45 days. I am unable to purchase or rent any movie. A lot of issues being reported
    of late with Xbox live and microsoft movies/TV. Have been a Xbox live gold member for well over a decade, and am very dissapointed with how unstable Xbox live has become. Please advise.

    I rented the game to play online co-op. They are asking for an online pass code that rented games don't have, or purchase an online pass. I have an xbox live account.

    Do you seriously have to pay to play (this game) online even with a payed up account, or am I missing something?
