I am unable to redeem my points.

I tried redeeming a 200 Robux giftcard which costs 3,000 Robux, but it just says "There's an issue with your account or order." everytime i try. I have contacted Microsoft support but there's still no response. Not only do I have enought points for the reward (3,000 points), the offer is also not discontinued as my other friends in real life from the same country and state can still redeem it but I cant. I am very disappointed in Microsoft.

Based on the information I've gathered and the error message you received, you will need to contact Microsoft Rewards Support.

I just want to clarify, you contacted Microsoft Support without a response, is that correct? I'm afraid you will not receive any assistance from them. You will need to contact the correct department which is Microsoft Rewards Support as they have the tools and resources to properly investigate your Rewards Account. If you're able to submit a ticket request to them, it may take a while at least weeks or even a month for them to reply due to the high volume of support requests they receive on a daily basis.

I also bought a 4k point card, redeemed the points to buy content since i'm unable to use my card for purchases...even with the points card i still am unable to purchase any content. So, not only my card but also my points card will not work.

Error code 80153410 after trying to use MS points.

On that page where you get the error message, is there an Error Code at the bottom that looks like "XBOS-XXXX or INVALIDXXX" or similar? If so can you please provide us that Code?

Further check that page: https://account.microsoft.com/services if theres any past due showing on one of your subs / payment options.

If there is please one showing please clear that to be able to redeem codes again. Info on how to do that can be found here: https://support.xbox.com/billing/xbox-subscriptions/pay-past-due-balance-on-xbox-subscription

Came with my bundle that I never redeemed until now. It shows the correct number of points that I should redeem but when I try to apply the code to my account, I'm still getting the following error message. The code appears valid but it won't apply to
my account, it just keeps getting the error. Who do I contact to get this resolved?

I've already gone through the suggested help and looked on the forum but can't seem to find someone that could help. Does anyone know of a phone number for Xbox 360 Live that I can contact who can help with the code?
