Hi, Thank you for trying to help, but I am unable to to recover the account the ways you provided. I do have the email, but no information about it. The only thing I know is the password they used before changing it and locking me out of my account. Is there a way someone is able to change the email from the account to the email I am using on this account.

Thanks for keeping us updated on the issue with recovering your account. The only way to recover the email address is to follow this

guide. Once you recover the email you then can change the password with this
link. There also is one more you can look through to see if it helps for
forgot email. The reason why support is unable to help, is if you can't verify they are unable to see any information on the account. This is in place to protect the customer's account.

Same problem here. Cannot get into my son's account. I am able to access my Live account on his Xbox, but unable to get into his using same email and password.

This did nothing. Still stuck being forced to login to the account I don't have the password for, and am unable to recover due to "Lack of information"

Clicking sign in with a different microsoft account does nothing but refresh the enter password screen for the email i'm unable to access.
