I am unable to rate or review anything or see any of my reviews in the Xbox "Mercury" Store

ok I need to make a correction this problem seems to be effecting a few games in Microsoft Store , I just checked my physical copy of Assassin's Creed@ Origins, also has it as not owned and has Rating and Reviews disabled, maybe an update
to Microsoft store app on the Xbox One system has broken being able to rate and Review Physical copy's of these games, since the problem seems to be with more than just my new Far Cry 5 game, since it seems to be effecting a few new and old Physical games
now. Fallout 4 game also has Rating and Reviews disabled too now it seems for my physical copy of that game too.

I guess either this is a new system bug or Microsoft disabled rating and review page our Physical copy's of Xbox One games discs since they don't read as owned anymore in Microsoft store app on our Xbox one systems?

can anyone else confirm that their physical copy's of these games also will not let them review and rate them?

since this is not effecting digitally brought games in Microsoft store app , its just the physical title disc versions of any of these games being installed and reading now as not owned in Microsoft store app on our Xbox One Consoles which seems to disable
rating and review page for our physical Xbox One Games.

Unfortunately, it may be that you are not able to rate content that you do not own digitally. To be sure, does this happen when the disc is in the console as well?

yes this happens when the disc is in the console's Blu Ray drive under the Microsoft store app, for you currently cannot rate and review any physical disc based game in the store app on the Xbox One. their seems to be currently no problems rating digitally
games or addons.

my xbox one Microsoft store app, does not allow any of my physical discs games now to be rated and review feature in the Microsoft store when the disc is in the console it was telling me that I don't own the games , I hope that this is an error and that's its
fixed in the next apps updates for Microsoft store since you used to be able to rate & review your games if their digitally and disc based games too, the rate & review still works for the game addons , just not the main physical disk games themselves I hope
that into help, also I switched over to the dev firmware to try out its new features since this problem is on the standard firmware anyway before I upgraded the firmware for my xbox one console, I think you can opt out of the dev firmware and go back to the
standard firmware on the console if you want I think anyway, I hope this better explains that yes I was talking about the disc being in my console and the rate and review just not working for the main games, any digitally addon for games still work right for
rate and review feature in Microsoft store, I think one of the new downloaded app updates for Microsoft store broke the physical disc rating and reviewing feature on my black xbox one system with the 500GB hard drive it has included, their has been a few disc
read errors where I had to eject the blu ray game disc and put it back in for my final fantasy xv game the second time in the disc read correctly, its been a problem that only started happening in the last year, and my console says its out of warranty already
too on that note, at some point I think if I every buy a new xbox one I would get one with 1TB hd size since it seems like I am always moving games from my xbox one hd to my 3.0 usb 4TB hd , since that 500GB hd fills up fast with all the xbox one games that
I own already in physical disc format.

If you cannot find a way to rate the game from the Xbox Store then find it here on Xbox.com using the search bar then scroll down till you see the option to Rate & Review

The store will say you don't own it because you didn't buy it digitally from the Xbox store.

but that doesn't explain why I can't rate my brand new game on its far cry 5 page you used to be able to rate new games that you got, its not allowing me to post it under Rating and Reviews section for this game or post of a review , since I do own the physical
version of this game that I just got from GameStop the other day.

it reads "You are unable to rate or review as you do not own this product." and also says Below product is installed. You can Play this game for now or buy it to own.

Again I do own it as the Physical Disc version of this game, I don't understand why I can't rate my Physical copy of this game, I don't have this problem with my other Physical Xbox games online, just this one copy of far cry 5 disc that I got this week from
my local GameStop's store is having this problem.
