    Hi Joeparke, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

    If I may ask, are you on Xbox or PC? Are you trying to launch a game when the error appears or you're on the process of installing a game?

    Also, I would appreciate it if you can provide me with the exact message that you're getting so I can check that for you.

    Alright. Kindly validate if your birthdate is set up correctly via https://account.microsoft.com/profile. Once confirmed, repair the Xbox App then restart your PC.

    Settings > Apps & Features > Apps > Search for Xbox > Advanced Options > Repair > Restart PC.

    After that check if you will be able to play your games now.

    Thank you so much for the detailed information. If there is no organizer account on your family settings (https://account.microsoft.com/family) and you're an adult, kindly sign out your account on the Xbox App and then sign back in.

    After that, try to play your game again.
