    I am unable to join the xbox live rewards program despite of being the US!


    Hi, I have an xbox. I moved to US a couple of months ago from India.

    Xbox live rewards program is not available in India. But it is available in the United States

    I changed the location from India to United States in my Microsot account, why wouldn't it let me join the Xbox Live rewards program I am unable to join the xbox live rewards program despite of being the US! :(

    Need help please.

    Can't Join XBOX live reward

    I am in United states but when i try to join xbox live rewards i get below message.

    Unfortunately, you can't join Xbox Live Rewards right now. It's strictly because the program is not available in your country. Check back often as new countries are being added to the program.

    Hi IThePretenderI.

    Looks like your Xbox Live region is set to a region that Xbox Live Rewards is not available in (Austria). This is the reason why you are unable to join the program.

    Hello Passionate bee,

    We see that your Microsoft Account region is still set to the Indian region. Since India is not a valid Rewards region, you cannot register into the program. You will have to change your Microsoft region from your commerce page at (Sign in to your Microsoft account).
    If you have only recently done so, please keep in mind that it takes us up to 96 hours to receive and process new information, so if you have only recently migrated, we have not yet received that information.

    Xbox Live Rewards not working

    I have been a member of the rewards program since it’s launch but now when I log in it asks me to join the rewards program.

    When I sign in it then says I don’t have an Xbox live account when I clearly do so and have done so for like 6 years.

    Just to clarify I am using the same rewards account and live account as I have done since launch without previous issue.
