    I am unable to install COD 4, COD MW2, or COD MW3 (360 disc)games on my Xbox One.


    I am unable to install COD 4, COD MW2, or COD MW3 (360 disc)games on my Xbox One.

    When I put the disc in my xbox nothing happens.

    It doesn't read the disc. Nothing happens at all.

    The discs are clean just nothing happens.

    I have the black xbox I got it the 2nd Christmas after it was released. I don't know if that matters.

    Was MW2 your first CoD? I would think if you started with the first you would be the other way around lol.

    I am unable to install COD 4, COD MW2, or COD MW3 (360 disc)games on my Xbox One.

    this could be a problem with the games and apps as it is not being able to read external harddrives. this could be part of that.

    Is your console up to date with the latest dashboard?

    If so, try removing the Blu-Ray app from the console, resetting and reinstalling the app to see if that fixes your issue.
