    I am unable to get in contact with anyone over the phone


    I have been trying for over half an hour to get in contact with someone over the phone however whenever I put my number in I get “We’re unable to process your request for a call back. Please try again later.” the wait time says it’s only 2 minutes, does anyone know how I can get in contact with them? Also I need my issue resolved over the phone.

    The same has been happening with me for the last 6 months. The call back option gives the standard response of "we cant process your request at this time" and since xbox have no customer support numbers or Email DL's, I cant direct call or write to them either. All I want to do is updated my warranty according to my purchase date.
