    I Am Unable to Change My Gamer Tag


    Hi.

    I am unable to change my "Microsoft" "XBox" Gamer Tag because the Purchasing Process of a New Gamer Tag requires a Profile Address that has to be strictly set inside the United States of America.

    Does anybody know why is this happening?

    I just created my XBox Live account and put in personal information. My parents do not want me to put in that information but I am unable to change my gamer tag. Can someone help me change my tag, please? I am unable to play until my personal information

    Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. The Microsoft account may be associated with a different region. We recommend updating the region to your local country through the

    Xbox Settings website    . Once you arrive at the website, select change 360 account region in order to update the Xbox profile's region. After the region is updated, we recommend attempting to change your gamertag. Be sure to let us know the results!

    I have a very old Comcast email account associated with my Xbox Live gamer tag. I have tried multiple times to change that password, but the account no longer exists. I have another gamer tag associated with my MS Account, but it doesn't have XBOX live.
    I could change that password, but now I don't have xbox live. How can this be fixed? I have tried multiple scenarios without luck and am paying for Xbox Live but unable to use it.
