We understand that you're still experiencing issues with your Microsoft Solitaire Collection despite your previous conversations with our support team. I'll be happy to assist you with this issue. To better understand your concern, we will be asking you few questions:

• I would like to ask if you have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Microsoft Solitaire Collection app?
  
  This can often resolve issues with the app not functioning properly.
  
• Did you install the game directly from Microsoft Store? Or are we using an Xbox app for launching this game on your windows device?
  
• By any chance, may we know when was this issue start?
  
• Are there any changes applied before this issue occurred on your end?
  
• Were you able to access this game before?
  

After you provided all these information, you may want to go ahead and try to check out the few troubleshooting steps that you may want to perform.

• Reset Microsoft Solitaire Collection to Default Settings: The quickest wat to fix launch issues and other problems with this game is to revert it to its default settings. You can do that via the "Apps & Features" pane on the windows settings app. Right-click the start button and select Apps & features. Scroll down the app list and select the game you are having issues with. In Windows 11, select the More icon (three dots) next to it. Select Terminate. Select the Reset button and then, select Reset again to confirm.
  
• Run Windows Store Apps Troubleshooter: The Windows Store Apps troubleshooter built into windows can automatically detect and resolve common problems preventing Microsoft Store apps from working. To run it: Press Windows =I to open settings. Then select Update & Security. In Windows 11. scroll down the default system screen, select troubleshoot and skip the following step. Select Troubleshoot on the left pane. Select additional/Other troubleshooters. Select Windows Store Apps > Run the troubleshooter. Follow the on-screen instructions to fix issues the Windows Store Apps troubleshooter detects.
  
• Install Microsoft Solitaire Collection Updates: The latest updates to the Solitaire Collection contain optimizations and bug fixes that could resolve severe issues with the video game hub or the games inside it. To check for and apply an available update: Select the Microsoft Store icon on the taskbar. Select Library on the lower-left corner of the Microsoft Store Windows. Switch to the Games tab. Select Update next to Microsoft Solitaire Collection.
  
• Reset Windows Store Cache: WSReset is a built-in tool that addresses issues with the Microsoft Store and the apps you download.
  
• Uninstall & reinstall the app: To do this, please follow these steps:
  
  • Press the Windows key on your keyboard and type "Microsoft Solitaire Collection" in the search bar.
    
  • Right-click on the app and select "Uninstall".
    
  • Once the app has been uninstalled, go to the Microsoft Store and search for "Microsoft Solitaire Collection".
    
  • Click on the "Install" button to reinstall the app.
    
• If the issue still persists, you can try updating your graphics card driver. An outdated graphics card driver can cause issues with the app. To update your graphics card driver, please follow these steps:
  
  • Press the Windows key on your keyboard and type "Device Manager" in the search bar.
    
  • Click on "Device Manager" and then expand the "Display adapters" category.
    
  • Right-click on your graphics card and select "Update driver".
    
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to update your graphics card driver.

I was unable to resolve the sign-in issues despite numerous attempts. However, upon installation of Build 10030 my Solitaire signed in without issue. Microsoft Jigsaw also signed in correctly but the 2 newly purchased collections were not available for download,
although all the other of my previous collections downloaded without incident... any suggestions?

I am having the same problem. When I click on MS Solitaire Collection, I get a message that Xbox is unable to connect, cf. error 001000

I am not using Microsoft Solitaire Premium.

In Microsoft Solitaire Collection there is.

"Settings" Apps & Features" choose Microsoft Solitaire Collection, Advanced Settings then Reset.
