I am unable to access Minecraft after the migration occurred.

Thank you for contacting the Xbox Support forums. As mentioned, you do not need to purchase Minecraft a second time and it sounds as though there may have been an error when the account was migrated. First, please try the following:

Step One: Open the Microsoft Store app

Step Two: Search for Minecraft

Step Three: If you own Minecraft, you should have the option to “get”, play, or install the game from the store

If this does not resolve the error, please visit Minecraft: Java Edition Demo Mode for a list of additional troubleshooting steps. Please let me know if this resolves the issue for you.

That's an strange issue.

Could you try download and install the Launcher marked as Windows 7/8 from this page - https://minecraft.net/download

After that try sign in with the Microsoft account that you used to migrate the game.

If still doesn't work, maybe you migrate your Mojang account to another Microsoft account, it would be worth give it a shot try sign in with another Microsoft accounts (or emails) that you had

The last option is contact Mojang support with proof of purchase and see if they're able to find the correct email linked to this purchase
