I am unable to access /log in to my rewards

while signed into my account, I am unable to access my rewards, when attempting to it signs me out and then promptsmell to either sign up or log back in,quite frustrating.

Unable to access my Live Rewards Account

I am currently unable to access my Live Rewards Account. Every time I try to log in I can see the page loading but then before I can do anything it automatically logs me out.

I have tried to log in from an incognito session on chrome but the issue remained.

PS: I have changed the region of my XBLA account some time ago but I am not sure that this was also applied to my Live Rewards account and I cannot check it now due to this issue...

Dashboard lag

I believe the pins are stored "In the Cloud"

When my internet cut out, I rebooted my system, and was unable to access the internet. On my pins it said "Log in to Xbox Live to get your pins".

May be something to do with that?

That is a technical issue that is typically resolved 1 of 3 ways. You can try a different browser, clear your history/cookies, or wait about 1 hour. That will normally fix the issue. Otherwise, the reward
team will review and let you know if it is something else. They work Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm PST and typically take 1-2 business days to reply. They do not work on weekends.

We were able to long into your account and access your MyRewards page normally. Therefore, this sounds like a user connectivity issue. As Murphs says, this can be solved by trying a different browser, or clearing your cache.

I am unable to load Forza 5 without it locking up. I have to go back to the home area to continue. Something else also appears to be going on. I am unable to access the settings for my Xbox one. It hangs after entering A button on settings. I have tested
with all non essential devices disconnected including connect. I can access and log in to EA servers, Xbox Live Gold. I can log in to and Netflix and watch a movie.

Hi Manuela,

The only difference was that I redeemed them on my computer instead of my xbox (I usually redeem them on my xbox) However, I am now unable to access the Microsoft rewards on either devices. I will reach out to the support via the link
