This is my kid's laptop and the first microsoft product we are installing as far as I know. I am not getting an error message, just always redirected to the login page after I've logged in. Also, when I try to go through the microsoft store, and login I get redirected to this url: https://www.xbox.com/en-US/

5. Try to change your account password and try purchasing again I've created multiple accounts and have the same problem always.

I have been able to install on another laptop, so I believe the issue is specific to this machine.
