I am trying to preorder madden 24 on Xbox one I followed all the steps and it still says...

Hey different person same issue. I preordered using my credit card and its saying pending. It says I ordered it on July 14th and it was for a Madden 23 All-Madden edition preorder. EA had exclusive content you could only get if you preordered by the 22nd of July. It says ordered on July 14th snd that I own the game but im just worried since its pending will I not receive said content? An answer would be very appreciated. Thank You

I preorder madden before I had the chance to buy EA access on Xbox one.

Thank you for posting in the Microsoft Community.

I can see that you are having issues with Madden 24, here are some steps we can take to try and fix the issue

- Make sure your console is connected to the internet and has the latest system update.

- Restart your console by holding the Xbox button on the controller and selecting Restart console.

- Clear your local saved games by going to Settings > System > Storage > Clear local saved games. This will not delete any of your cloud saves, but it may take some time to sync them again.

- Launch Madden 24 and go to Customize > Share & Manage Files > Download Community Files. Wait for the files to load and then select the ones you want to download.

- If the files still do not load, you may need to reinstall Madden 24. To do this, go to My games & apps > See all > Games > Madden 24 > Manage game and add-ons > Uninstall all. Then, go to the Microsoft Store and download Madden 24 again.
