I am trying to play the hive ( online game) and it keeps saying “error while downloading...

Ok this evening I wanted to play the hive on my nintendo switch and when i tried to join it i got this error “ error while downloading packs from server. please try again” I tried uninstalling it and that didnt work, is there maybe someway to fix it?
