    I wanted to try out the latest Minecraft beta so I wanted to install the Xbox insider app. I searched it in the windows store but it doesn't show up. A google search led me to Microsoft store's website which redirected me to the store page of the app inside the Microsoft Store app but it says Xbox Insider is currently not available. Is anyone else facing the same problem? Is there a fix for this?

    Hi

    If you did not enrol the console in the Xbox Insider program can you please install the Xbox Insider Hub app on the console. Once you have installed this app on the left can you select Setting > Manage Devices and you should be able to remove the console
    from the Insider Program yourself.

    Hi, my name is Fernando and I am an independent consultant for Microsoft products.

    Please try the following:

    - Start ---> Run "shell:AppsFolder"

    This will open the hidden app folder inside Windows.

    Once that folder is open, find the Xbox app inside it and place the app into the Windows taskbar.

    - Hold CTRL+SHIFT and click on the Xbox icon you just moved to the taskbar to start the Xbox app in administrator mode.

    You should be able to install the game you want with no further issue

    System Update Failure

    I know back when I got my first X1, I signed up to be included in to OS betas, but, after that, I have no idea. I'm not sure if that program carried over into the Insiders Program, and, I don't think I ever installed an Insiders Program app, either.

    EDIT: I'm installing the PC based Insider app now to see if I am enrolled at all.

    EDIT2: I was not enrolled in the program, and, on sign up, my Xbox did not show up in the list of devices. I have closed the Insider account and relaunched the app to make sure I am definitely not participating, and, it is prompting sign up again.

    Do you have installed an insider build in your system? - I'm not sure what this is.
    When this started to happen or is this the first time that you try to use the Xbox app? Started today but I don't use the xbox app very often. So far I've tried uninstalling, deleting all the app data, everything you posted above. Finally got the app to load and work but now I can't install anything.
