I am trying to install the halo Master Chief Collection to my laptop through xbox.com

Discus and support I am trying to install the halo Master Chief Collection to my laptop through xbox.com in XBoX on Windows to solve the problem; but when I press install I get a "ready to install" and then there is only one option being my family's Xbox one as it is listed as one of my devices...     I am trying to install the halo Master Chief Collection to my laptop through xbox.com


    but when I press install I get a "ready to install" and then there is only one option being my family's Xbox one as it is listed as one of my devices and I don't know how I could either list my laptop as one of my devices or add a new prompt for the laptop. Does anyone know how to help fix this

    The version through the website would be the console version of the game. You would need to have purchased the PC version of the game and install it from the Microsoft Store app or Xbox app, not the website.

    Hi, the version of odst you purchased, was it the xbox one version for Halo the Master chief collection or the Xbox 360 version of the game? If it was the Master Chief collection version, then you need the master chief Collection installed on your Xbox
    One to be able to download the game.

    You have to have Halo The Master Chief Collection installed on your console as the game Halo Reach was an add on for that game collection.
