    I am trying to get a recovery message , bur still waiting?


    I have tried to get recovery message for my sons Xbox, which he has been unable to play for over a week, but I haven’t received anything and keeps saying there is suspicious activity on the account. He has purchased games on the account, so don’t want to create a new one. I need urgent help.

    Could not be signed in to LIVE.

    I did this, it sent a recovery email to one of my other emails, I reset my password, but I still get the blocked message on the email that is blocked and that I need a text message :(

    I also still get the error message in game.

    I have managed to delete my profile and clear the system cache bur still not able to retrieve my player review info,

    it is now getting annoying.

    I am encountering this same error, bur in this case it is only with the game "Tropico 4". No matter how many times I click it, it will not launch.
