I am trying to enable "can create and join clubs" , not working

Type in your query: "Agent"

Click on Get Help.

Scroll down the page and click on Contact Support.

Select your "Other Products" and "Billing and Account Profile Questions" > Confirm.

Again, thank you so much for your time helping with this. The companion app allowed me to be able to "search clubs" from the online tab in-game. I created a club inside the app. And I sent an invite to my friend. We are both in the club through the app. However, neither of us are in the club in-game. And although I have checked and rechecked my settings and AM able to create & join clubs, I cannot create one in-game. Every time I try, it tells me there's a problem with Forza Horizon's servers and to try again later.

Please direct me on how my friend & I can join my club in-game?

I'm trying to join a club via the xbox app on windows 10, i also cannot create one.

I changed my settings to "allow to join or create a club".

Where can i change the settings on the Account page?

Try allowing your account to create & join clubs AND play multiplayer, worked for us with this error.

Sometimes this issue is caused by a privacy setting. Go to account.microsoft.com and under the privacy tab check to see if the joining and creating clubs is enabled.
