I am trying to contact XBox support it is saying I am connected to an agent and underneath...

And not only that 4 months every time I've tried to request a call back it says sorry something went wrong on our end try again every time I put in my telephone number but if I put in someone else's telephone number then it rings it's almost like I've been blocked

Here’s what you need to do:

Step 1: Use Microsoft’s account recovery form

Go to:

https://account.live.com/acsr

Enter the original email address or phone number associated with your account (even if it’s changed)

Provide an alternate email address where Microsoft can contact you

Answer as many questions as you can — use accurate information like:

Old passwords you’ve used

Services you’ve used (Xbox, Outlook, Skype)

Serial number for your Xbox console (if you know it)

Billing details (if you’ve purchased anything in the past)

Tip: Try submitting the form from a device or location you’ve used before — this helps Microsoft verify that it’s really you.

Step 2: Watch your alternate email for updates

Once you submit the form, Microsoft will review your request and usually respond within 24 hours.

If your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to reset your password and recover your account. If your request is denied, you can try again — just double-check your answers and include as many details as possible.

I try to submit a form but it says phone calls are not available for this issue. Only options available are virtual agent or connect to a gamer. If I call the customer care number it says to go on the site. So there is literally no way for me to contact support. Please help me contact a support agent.

Am I supposed to contact the developer support for every one of the games that is not working? Each game produces the same issue as in the picture above. That goes for Destiny 2, Back 4 Blood, Minecraft Dungeons, Scarlet Nexus, etc. The only game, that was in my Xbox GamePass library, that behaves differently, is Sea of Thieves, which also does not work.

The common denominator is the Xbox app/GamePass not being able to open games. I am perfectly able to both open and play Destiny 2 when installed through Steam. However, considering I am paying for GamePass, and all the other games are not working either, I would prefer for this issue to be fixed, so I don't have to fight Microsoft for a refund due to not getting the goods I am paying for.
