i am trying to connetc a bluetooth speaker. but I can not find bluetooth on/off option in pc.

First, ensure the device has Bluetooth capability. Is it a Desktop PC?

Right-click the Start Menu icon > Device Manager. Do you see the Bluetooth tab? If yes, do the devices under it show any error?

If you are talking about a desktop PC you need to check your specs to see if it supports bluetooth if not you need to buy a transceiver adapter 10-20 bucks

If a laptop refer to the specs unless it's really really old then you may already have it otherwise buy an adapter

I may not be a pro with these things but i think i know how first thing try and connect the speaker to bluetooth speaker Manually connect it to bluetooth or plug it in via wire

The problem with my pc is it doesnt have an option to turn bluetooth on/off, under my bluetooth connections theres no option

I suggest you try new
Bluetooth speakers which are launched in this year 2018
